During this COVID pandemic, I am off work a little more than normal and my car needed to be serviced. I call Ryan's and was able to get in the same day. I came in at 11:00 and was out by 11:30. My steering wheel and the interior of my car had been cleaned and sanitized. I will be back in another 3K!
DO NOT GO HERE! The owners are absolutely horrible people! They are outright rude and demeaning to their customers. I’m not sure how they stay in business. Please support small family businesses in Windsor, but certainly NOT THIS ONE! I’ve never been so appalled by such poor behavior and customer service. I understand people have a bad day, but read all other reviews of so many customers having this same horrible service experience and treatment by ownership.
I own 3 vehicles and they all get serviced at Ryan's. He is hands down one of the best mechanics I have seen and always honors his work. They do there homework and always get good quality parts. I havent in 4 years of doing business with him had to take my vehicle back, not once. When it leaves his shop, he knows the job was done correctly. The staff at Ryan's is trustworthy, knowledgeable and honest. I never feel like they are trying to up-sell me. I took 3 cars in over the past week and was pleasantly surprised to see how low the bill was each time! I highly recommend them!
