Tried to purchase through FB marketplace… demanded payment upfront then blocked me before reporting and finally called and sent a very nasty text. I provided alternatives and options he refused. Called me “Karen and I’m trippin” I would give negative stars if I could.

Refrigerator was leaking water from the top of the door. Frigidaire setup Ryans to come out. After 3 no shows Kevin came out and told me he didnt know how to fix our issue. Was scheduled to come back. Never came back and won't answer/return calls.
Had appointment for warranty work on our refrigerator. He never showed or called to reschedule. He won't answer calls or return messages. Had to call Frigidaire back and schedule a different servicer. Recommended Frigidaire remove him from list of contractors.
Very unhappy with the lack of service…also was combative towards my wife. Been @ 5 weeks and excuse after excuse . No communication and no results. Called warranty company back and asked for new service company. New company came today and dishwasher was fixed in 15 minutes!!! Door lock stuck!!!! REALLY
