First it was so easy to book an appointment on line.You pick the day and time you want. Then they send you text and email for confirmation of your appointment. The day of your appointment you will get a text to let you know the technician is on the way. The technician diagnosed the problem and we we given information we needed to make a decision whether to repair or buy a new machine. Overall experience we were extremely satisfied.
Thomas was friendly and professional, arrived on time as well.
