I don't know how someone can sleep at night knowing they scammed an innocent hard working person who has a family to support. I don't know how someone can claim to be a good person then take double what a shop would charge and then not actually fix the issue simply leaving it worse and making excuses as to how it's "perfectly fine" when it's worse than it started. and to boot not showing up to come back and actually fix it.
