She offers a warm, compassionate, and engaged approach that helps you understand thoughts and behaviors on an emotional level. She does an amazing job of connecting with me, so I always feel heard and important.

I’ve never had a therapist that I feel completely comfortable opening up to and that I feel actually listens to what I am saying. I look forward to our sessions! She’s warm, welcoming and understanding. She gives you a feeling that you would get from talking to a friend. Taking the first step to work through your struggles, traumas or insecurities is a big step and one that takes courage. If I could give her more than 5 stars I most definitely would.
