What a horrific experience I had at this office. Let me be clear the Dr is great but the GM named Royal is a complete jerk. After my exam they said I had a copay of $20.80 which I knew was incorrect. Since I refused to pay Royal wouldn't give me my prescription for eyeglasses. They literally help my Rx hostage. My insurance company had to contact and correct them on the copay which was zero. Then Royal had the odasity in a three way conversation with the insurance company to tell me not to come back. Folks, don't get hooked ... read more
I wrote another review which i see they've gotten pushed down. Took 6.5 weeks to get the glasses they said would take 1-2. Over and over they said it. And the script is wrong. Quite wrong. And they've done literally nothing to try and make it right. Stay the hell away from here. These are the only glasses i get this year and they're not right. Going back to freaking visionworks. Dr. Wooldridge performed a thorough eye exam with a kind yet professional demeanor. I left the office feeling confident about my prescription as well as treatment for my dry eye issues. The office was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. Great experience!
