Don't have a miscarriage the week before Christmas. Most unhelpful and rude receptionist. Treats you like an inconvenience instead of a human being going through a pregnancy loss. I had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Walter before this, but the staff has been so awful during this difficult time that I will never go back. I called around other offices seeking help and was lucky to find someone who could help me immediately.
A nightmare to say the least. Stay far away from this doctor. You will end up worse than where you started. Not surprised he resigned or was terminated quietly.
Absolutely horrible. Misdiagnosed my wife who was in severe pain. Told the RN he was too busy to meet with us, and to basically go home and rest. If we took his advice, my wife would have ended up very sick and possibly in preterm labor. Arrogant and lazy. Stay very far away from this one, and be careful picking an OB/GYN at BSW, because you might end up with him being your doctor on call.
