I woke up with a black eye. I experienced no trauma to receive said black eye. It was bruised, leaking and painful. Seeking an answer and worried I may have an eye infection I went and saw Dr. Rogers. After examining me he sent me to the ER next door for a CT scan just to “make sure nothing wrong”. I was not aware that the provider, Dr. Rogers is affiliated with RRMC (Hospital) and gets a % of the bill. I was charge for hospital clinic services of $167.00 which I believe is misleading since I was never ever told about it when I made the appointment. Again, I did not find out until I received an invoice for the service.

I only had one appointment with Ryan Rogers. As in my previous post, he failed to have the necessary instrument to correct my problem, cancelled my appointment 2 hours before I was scheduled. I was told that he had an emergency at the hospital; nonetheless, his office further advised that he left for the day. So much for quality eye care. Today, I received a bill for $35.00. Dr. Rogers charged me for my eyeglass prescription. I have never been charged for that since it was included in the exam. Further, I was charged $20.00 ... read more
