I enjoy seeing patients of all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics! I believe that no matter your age, race or religion, all patients deserve to be treated with compassion and respect. I try to live with the attitude portrayed in one of my favorite bible verses, Colossians 3:23: 'Whatever you do, do it with all your heart as working for the Lord, not for men.'

Great treatment, personnel were great
Ryan Ridley is an amazing doctor!! He has great bedside manners and knows how to deal with kids. Very patient, and kind. My son had 2 surgeries with him, and both times he explained procedure thoroughly, and helped everyone feel at ease! I would recommend him everytime!
We cannot say enough good about Dr. Ridley ENT. He was incredible, and so amazing with our son. I visited over a handful of ENT's before we picked Dr. Ridley... and I am so thankful we picked him. If you need an ENT I highly recommend him... he is the BEST! His is personable, professional, down to earth, kids love him, and he is all about his patients!
I have not had any bad experiences with any and all of my interactions with Methodist and there doctors and this would include Dr. Ridley, he asked alot of questions and really listened to my answers, he was friendly and professional.
4 months ago Dr. Ridley did my son’s tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. He was very thorough with explaining everything prior to surgery day and putting any fears I had at ease. He has great bedside manner and patience as my son is on the spectrum. This was my son’s first ever and hopefully last surgery ever. My son’s recovery was quick, virtually painless for him, and the procedures have proven successful as he has not had any issues with his snoring or breathing since recovering.
