Great staff! Dr. Ridley is a good listener and very knowledgeable. He helped me with my sinus and hearing issues. I had an excellent experience and would recommend him to anyone in need of an ENT.
The appointment with Mr Downing and then with Dr Ridley was smooth and everything worked like clockwork. Mr Downing, the audiologist gave me a thorough check of my hearing then Dr Ridley looked over the report with me then cleared the wax in my ears. Both gentlemen were so friendly, professional, and proficient. I’ll be looking forward to my next visit next year.
I LOVE this man! He did everything with precision, and provided the best news of the week!!! 10+ stars! Now, I really should have stayed un the other 2 tests were performed there in the same hospital so I would have at least gotten the tests done. I was willing to stay as long as neede to get 'er done! Now, I'm having to wait 9/02/25 to get it done @ the Baytown campus... Not nesarly enough food at the right nutrition and calories to preventing ~ a pound a day weightloss until I'm able to food in sufficent calories damage to... read more
