Very pleasant! Easy in and out, informative.
I was having a bad reaction to a synvisc injection on my knee with pain & trouble walking. Dr. Hess removed fluid from my knee & injected cortisone (OMG did that hurt). As I walked out I could tell immediately that I was walking better. So glad I went in. Dr. Hess was very sorry that I had the reaction that I did.
From the moment I met Dr.Hess in the hallway I was impressed by his friendliness. My 4 year old daughter was very comfortable with him. He was quick and precise. I left there with a plan. Even more remarkable was that he called to follow up and check in on my daughter's progress. I would recommend DR. hess to everyone.
