Nothing against the therapist. Never even got a chance to see him. This review is simply based on the lack of customer service of his receptionist (when you call the woman who answers phone). Very unfriendly, short, seemed annoyed, and rude. Cancelled all upcoming appointments with this provider unfortunately because of this.
