Have been going to this doctor for awhile now and he was kinda short, stern and unfriendly at girat, but on last visit, he was very good and nice. Was very happy! But,I have been calling and leaving messages for over 2 weeks now about rx and referrals to other docs, but no response!! Left messages with his medical assistant and receptionist VM, but NO response!!! Have now left message with Bond clinic patient advocate and we will see if I get a response. As a professional, I'm absolutely appalled with Bond Clinic. I was skeptical from the beginning because of some of the comments that had been made by people that I care about concerning the facility and the attention to detail when it comes to the treatment of patients. As an operations manager of multiple businesses, it is absolutely my priority to make sure that my clients understand that my staff cares about them. My husband and I both started seeing Dr Villarreal about 2 years ago we absolutely love him! He’s very caring and knowledgeable very down to earth! He even calls you himself when he needs to talk with you instead of the nurse calling to me that means a whole lot you just don’t see many Drs do that anymore. Can’t say enough good about him.
He is very thorough and personable. I like his male nurse. He takes the fear out of appointments. This is patient, Billie Bradburn. My husband and I share an account.
