Dr. Vellinga replaced my left shoulder ball and socket a year ago. It's been life changing with no more pain. He's an amazing Dr. and would refer him to everyone I know for shoulder issues.

Amazingly skilled surgeon, the surgery was done so well I barely have a scar. This picture is only 7 weeks post op and still healing.
From initial consult to the OR, I can't say enough good things about Dr. Vellinga. He helped me understand my injury, treatment options, and ultimately it was my choice to have surgery. Surgery isn't an easy choice but he exudes a certain level of confidence that makes you feel like you're in good hands. Happy to be home recovering with my family and I feel blessed to have been a patient of his. Thanks, Doc!
Doctor Vellinga was so amazing, professional, down to earth, understanding, caring, and patient. I could go on & on…. I was starting to be fed up with Doctors, up-until I was referred and met Doctor Vellinga. I know per most insurance policies (at least mine) are required to go through different alternative treatments before even thinking about the possibility of surgery.
