.The office staff were polite and helpful. Location was easy to find. Dr Miller was prompt and did not take personal calls during our visit. My issues stem with the fact he did not seem prepared for our visit. He spent much of his time reading results from laptop. I would have thought he would have been prepared in advance for a followup. After being a patient for some months he had not acquired all hospital records which was disconcerning.
