Ryan was WONDERFUL to work with! I purchased a home out of state is which not easy! He walked me through everything and kept in constant contact with me via email, text and phone throughout the entire process. Ryan started out decent, but as soon as we officially partnered with him, things went downhill pretty quickly. He rarely communicated with us, most of the time we had to reach out to him to hear any sort of update on how our house was doing. He called us THE DAY BEFORE we were closing on our house to tell us we were closing! Even worse, we were all packed up to move across the country and he knew when we were supposed to be leaving, and he delayed us TWO HOURS because we could not get in contact with him to open the lock box... read more
