Ryan was extremely helpful during my home purchase process. He was always available if you have questions and will give many options for your loan (interest rates/down payment/monthly payment, etc) to make it fit best for you. He sends out inspirational videos with helpful tips. Ryan will let you know ahead of time what you need to provide for the loan process to roll along smoothly and without long delays. This was a tremendous help in my situation.
Ryan is fantastic!! His communication is on point (available even on weekends!!) My buyer needed to make a competitive offer to secure a property in a hard to get into town… we did a 3 week closing which everyone questioned if it was even do-able. Not only did Ryan get it done, but he had the loan done early! My buyer was very pleased and so wasn’t myself and the listing agent! Highly recommend!!
