"Specializing in high quality construction" is a joke. We wanted to buy a house from Ryan that he built himself. There are various small issues we were willing to overlook, but the roof falling apart is the big one we asked to have fixed. The inspector also discovered moisture damage in the attic which was caused by Ryan not cutting vents for the bathroom fans in the roof, causing condensation to accumulate on the boards underneath the roof.
