Ryan was great, however the staff and this practice is in complete disarray. After going in for a routine check up, I received a bill in the mail, 12 months later. Regardless of your health care covering yearly physical, they always come up w a reason to invoice you. Won’t be returning
Nothing but a great experience w/ Dr. Cook!
My first impression of Dr. Cook was curious. He was very concerned about underlying issues that impacted my health. Since I had not considered those issues, I was initially suspicious of his approach. However, after spending time with him and his advice, I saw an incredible change in my health that I’m very grateful for. While my insurance changed and I had to drop him -he still responded to me even when I couldn’t be his patient (BCBS / American insurance SUCKS)- I now have new insurance and will be returning to him!
Dr Cook is great. He’s compassionate and kind (which isn’t a given for doctors). I highly recommend him.
Went for my annual physical. Was charge an extravisit suposely for discussions about my prescriptions. I am not going back, and will not pay
