when walking in you meet a friendly and helpful staff, waiting time was very short, Dr Cassilly came in the room right away. He had performed surgery on me, which had gone tremendously well and I needed to discuss another problem with him. He was very open to discussion about my problem, I showed him an MRI report I had and he immediately went to check into the the actual pictures to compare with others I had taken, he explained everything in depth.
