The worst customer service ever! Called on 3/22 number rang and went busy. Sent a request via internet waited no response. Called on 3/25, put on hold and transferred to voicemail for medication. Called back again and got the voice mail, left voicemail. Received a call to schedule appointment, called back and advised they don’t treat bilirubin in urine. That’s not why the appointment was needed, it was for testicular pain. Very aggravating

I have been seeing Dr R Swearingen annually for about three years. I selected him bc he is in my health plan, his office location is convenient and he was educated at the finest schools and residency. I have only seen him for outpatient visits and have not had surgery. In my experiences with him, he has been pleasant, kind, answered my questions, told me my options and did not rush me. lousy Dr! he is very medically neglect to his patients would definitely not recommend! put me through more wrong medically than i should have gone through!
