Here is an example how multi-care has some room for improvement. I was referred to this office in October of 23, it took over a month to schedule the 1st appointment and that was 2 more months out. Then I was required to get authorization from insurance for treatment. After another 6 weeks I was able to start treatment. Even though my insurance approved it, it was flagged as fraudulent. Extremely rude and unprofessional on 2 separate appointments. I have never written a bad review about a doctor. I have also never witnessed a doctor be so short, annoyed and disrespectful towards my 78 year old mother who knows nothing about catheter bags or when they should be removed. He was annoyed her surgeon’s made another appointment after her second hospitalization and she still has the catheter in. His first words coming into the room “so why am I here?” The nurse who checked is in and did the blood pressure etc said... read more
