Have never used this company, but they are having a conference at the same hotel we are staying at and they are some of the worst behaving individuals I have ever been around. Tells me everything about how they will treat you as a customer. Good luck.

This company was hired to inspect a property I manage. The "inspector" wrote a letter of recommendation, with false narratives, suggesting that all components of the building were original, including a tar and gravel roof. When I learned of this from my agent, I was baffled... it is apparent that the "inspector" didn't inspect anything. The roof in not T&G, but a foam roof that had been installed in 2009!

Do not choose this company under any circumstances. When our company purchased liability insurance from them, they required us to pay the full annual premium of over $1,200 upfront. Just one month later, we requested a cancellation due to unsuitable policy terms. Shockingly, they delayed the refund for over a year — and in the end, refunded only $81! That means they provided no service during that entire year, yet still refused to return the money. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior.
