Dr Shapiro saw me immediate, no waiting. Everyone was courteous and very informative. I left my appointment with a plan of action to resolve my situation.
Dr. Shapiro is an excellent physician and surgeon. Down to earth, not rushed, invited me to ask any questions, listened carefully, thorough, empathic, explained the specifics of my surgery and put me at ease. In a previous appointment showed me a picture of a recent same surgery - superb meticulous work. This was my 2nd visit before my surgery.
