I never have any issues here.. i get call backs in minimal time periods.. friendly staff... they are concerned.. at times refills take longer . other than that.. completely happy with them..
I've decided to switch my mom's PCP. I'm not happy with the quality of care here. Mom never gets her refills on time no matter how in advance I call, nobody gets back to us when we leave messages, staff is always rude and he doesn't keep up with preventative diagnostics. I called Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for her refills and when I called today (Friday) I was rudely told they sent it in yesterday. I had relocated from Kansas last year and Dr. Semko make the transition easy for me with paperwork and details. He is a great Dr. and would easily recommend him without reservation.
I made an appointment as a new patient as I had a health concern. My was appointment approximately month from my call. I get a call 2 days before my appointment he had a baby will be out 2 weeks. So my new appointment is 18 days later. No one said when I made the appointment that he would possibly be out due to a birth, or else I would have done something else.
