Dr. Sears has truly been an answered prayer for our family. In a time where bedside manner often feels rushed or nonexistent, he completely restores your faith in compassionate care. He is kind, attentive, and genuinely present during every visit. I have never once felt like I was taking up too much of his time. He listens, he explains, and he cares. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover how thankful I am to have found him.
Rude & incompetent office staff. Called because mychart wouldn't let me get my birth control refilled, mind you it will let me request refills for multiple other medications I haven't taken in well over a year. Said I needed to come in for an office visit I said okay that's fine, soonest they can see me is November?? As a current patient, what a joke.
Very polite and also extremely knowledgeable. Takes his time to explain and go over your treatment. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone in need of a good doctor.
Doesn’t give timely analysis or information relating to labs, even when abnormal. Seems to only look at the labs right before the patients next appointment. I attempted to resolve the issue before leaving a disparaging review but the staff seemed similarly apathetic. Left my loved on in a situation needing immediate medical treatment.
