Dr. Orgill is a nice man and a great optometrist in Grantsville (a small community near Tooele, UT). Sadly, I recently had a bad experience with his office staff and their billing practices. After I paid $395 for my new glasses and left, I went back later that same day for my kids' appointments. While there, the staff told me that I needed to pay an extra $130 more than what they charged me earlier at my appt. What?! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Was it an accounting error on their part? I have worn glasses and contacts since I was 6 years old, and Dr. Orgill is by far the best optometrist I have ever had. His patient, kind manner immediately makes his patients feel comfortable, even my nervous young children. He is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough and truly provides complete eye care. He has helped my family with everything from extreme nearsightedness, to dry allergy eyes, to my husband's pterygium, to finding the right reading glasses to relieve headaches. I highly recommend Dr. Orgill.
