Ive deleated my last review as my situation has changed and my last review is no longer truthfull. I've previously worked with Krystal who was great. I was told to gather all information, Text, emails etc for my case. I spent hours and hours doing so. 12 hours in fact. I've Spent so much money just on communication with Krystal via phone and emails including her reaching out to the other party.
