I ordered a TV stand that was 'In stock'. Their order confirmation email said that they ship in 24-48 hours. Even their site says the same item will ship same day if ordered. Calling them just gets you to a voicemail account and their service email is undeliverable. I have initiated a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.
I ordered a desk a year ago and they charged me $200.00. I've followed up with them repeatedly. They told me continuously that there is a 5 week delay. They have now stopped responding to me and the desk never shipped. This is a scam do not buy from Ryan Rove.
Don't buy from this company. Customer service sucks. Delays in shipping and they notify you of nothing. The customer has to initiate any communication.
