Matt is driven, honest and hard working without the high pressure. He listens and is extremely helpful with every step in the process. He helped us find and purchase land, helped line up a builder for a new house. He then sold our current house in less than a week. We highly recommend Matt and will use him again when needed. Matt did a fantastic job in helping us sell our home. We listed it and had an offer within 45 days! Matt is very professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile. He negotiated a fair price for us when the potential buyer came in with a very low offer.
