Dr. Naphapetian was very concerned and professional. He advised me concerning my condition and offered advice on how to help ease my anxiety. He is very knowledgeable and takes time to answer my concerns. He is very direct which I found pleasing. Some patients may want a less direct approach but the time spent should be directed towards your condition not socializing and wasting important time spent with Dr. Naphapetian. He spent my appointment time discussing my sleep apnea but moved quickly to promoting a carnivore diet book - "don't buy anything at the grocery store, it's killing you". I wasn't there for a dietician, wanted advice on how to breathe more effectively, isn't that what a pulmonologist does? He took no consideration to what my body can tolerate, nor what my household can afford and just took one look at me, like so many others, and suggested a diet. Rude, dismissive, condescending, and smug. I will never go to him again
I have restrictive lung disease and a partially paralysis in my right diaphragm. Doctor Ryan did not follow up and my primary care doctor has done more than Dr Ryan. No follow up and doctor Ryan told me "it's all in my head" ! Would NOT recommend
