Have not been pleased with any ENT in my area and made an appointment with this one. Office staff calls and says because I saw another of their ENTs 2.5 years ago I couldn't consult with a different one in the same office. Carle is becoming no better than OSF in regards to patient care. Evidently if you speak up they banish you. The patient has every right to demand better, specialized care.
