I visited Dr Pomajzl because of excruciating knee pain. Reported not being able to put weight on my knee. Extreme difficulty getting off the floor, sitting and standing. Took 6 weeks off weight training and the problems persisted. Dr Pomajzl took an X-ray and did an examination and told me he found nothing wrong. Told me I should Google knee braces and look on YouTube for how to do squats differently. Meanwhile I still cannot get off the floor and have done zero squats since November (3 months ago).
