Well, I met Ryan, he seemed pretty nice. And he was but let me tell you, we talked for about 5 and 1/2 minutes, he showed me a picture of my dead hip and my back. I have not had any luck with any doctors because I'm a smoker unfortunately. He did not grill me by any means about smoking. Because I know I cannot have any surgery until I quit smoking! Dr. Pomajzl is always kind and upstanding of your situation. He let's you know the options available for your health issue. He never push me to having my knee replacement. He said that it was up to me to decide when I was ready for the surgery. Once I finally decided to get the surgery Dr. P and his office staff were there to help guide me through the process.
Excellent bedside manner and very knowledgeable. Great staff as well
