I decided to replace the original bath vanity top/faucet. I'd watched dozens of YouTube videos and had all the tools/parts. The vanity top came off easily, but the P-trap was frozen. I called Ryan Plumbing about 10 am Monday, and was told Max would be there early afternoon. He arrived and said it would be take about 40 minutes. Had new water heater installed, After calling around for quotes, they were the lowest in the area with a bigger tank. They were able to install it a day after I called, plumber was quick, and efficient. Only took 1:45 to install. Would strongly recommend.

I was told by a contractor that if I could get this job done by a plumber for under $600 that would be good. The first two quotes I got were for $850 and $650. Ryan Plumbing did it for less than $200! I was very impressed with how fast Austin was and everything was done very well. He even did a couple extra things we asked for when he arrived that wasn't in the original plan. This will be our go-to plumbing option in the future.
