We just wanted to share how thankful our Family is for the expertise and guidance received from Ryan and his team - walking us through the Estate Sale of our childhood home. Ryan does not answer phone calls, only texts. He has very poor communication skills, he made my parents feel like it was a bother for him to answer their questions. Ryan did not communicate their requests properly to the builder of the house they purchased. Overall very poor experience.
Working with Allie was a great experience, she was a straight shooter and worked hard to help us buy, and sell our home. Would absolutely recommend her and Ryan to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Ottawa Valley.
We came to the heart of the Otawa Vally in 2019 Ryan took us around try to help us. I contacted him recently with questions. Ryan always has tried to help us in our quest to become rooted. However between a flood, pandemic and at times rising interests rates, also inventory disruption. If you want a realator who trys to show you homes or areas and an understanding of the many different towns within the valley well in my view Ryan is a perfect choice!
