This rating is based on the work of the front office and scheduling department. Dr. Parnell himself was highly recommended by my dentist (also, Dr. Parnell's assistant Brittany was incredibly helpful during a consultation), however, I ended up going with another Oral Surgeon at a different location (so glad I did! that review is coming soon!) - all because the front desk at Dr. Parnell's office was consistently unprofessional and unhelpful . I wanted to take a moment to share our positive experience during our recent visit to Dr. Parnell's office for my daughter’s dental appointment. Having only seen one dentist throughout her life, my daughter has always struggled with her teeth, and we were apprehensive about finding a new provider after moving out of state. Wonderful Dr and staff! Best experience for my nervous Wife all 4 wisdom teeth removed minimal discomfort. Highly reccomend.
My son had his wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Parnell. Everything went smoothly. Dr Parnell called to check on him personally. We were very happy with him. Excellent bed side manner. Highly recommend him.
