I wanted to share my experience this morning at the emergency room, first off I was immediately talked to by the receptionist like she knew me forever, that immediately put me at ease, then I met RN Sarah, and this was the second time I was under her care and I wouldn't trade Sarah for every nurse in that hospital!! Who in the heck hired Peggy P for working at the Starbucks. She is so negative and has a sour attitude she contaminates the building. As soon as you order she tells you they “don’t have it” while almost rolling her eyes. She takes your order then is mumbling stuff under her breathe, something about “hating” something I couldn’t really understand what she was trying to say. I will never return. These people need to do better and hire with intention of making the customers experience better.
