Uncaring, assembly line practice where you can't get an appointment for a year (no, really - and as an existing customer) and you are treated like a number not a name. Avoid at all costs.
Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend and Vineyard Vision Care helped me out of a jam!! They were very responsive and made me feel like it was no big deal. Even though they had no previous interaction with me until my 'contact lens 911', they treated me like I was a long time client! Thanks Mercedes and team!!
