Office staff is friendly. Wait times can be long, but usually not too bad. Dr Bartkus is compassionate, and I do feel he cares about my well-being. He accepts that I choose not to be reliant on medication, which is appreciated.
DR . Bartkus is an awesome and amazing doctor! He has a great bedside manner! He actually listens to you and cares deeply for his patients! If this were a game show like dancing with the stars....or a version of Dancing with the Doctors! He would get a resounding 10..10..10...10... I highly recommend him!
The warmth and care eminates from the entire staff. That is the sign of good leadership .
I always have a good experience when I'm in the Doctor's office. I sometimes get a little frustrated with getting answers to my questions by phone. I was waiting for results of a MRI and no one told me that the doctor was out of the office.
Dr. Bartkus always listens to what is going on with me. He is excellent in explaining why I am on certain meds or why I should start taking a new one.
