I am giving a heads up, if you switched from Gene Harvey and stayed here. You might want to go over every part of your policy. Apparently Ryan is only in it for the money. Our new agent went over everything with us. And apparently there were things our children could have saved money on and they never let us know. He never told us that even though we paid extra for towing, that it and every time you make small claims, even if it isn't your fault gives you points on your policy. I’ve used State Farm ( Ryan being my agent) for 10 + years! He and his team are outstanding at providing the best of the best customer service!! I highly recommend using State Farm for your coverage needs! 10/10!
I would not recommend him at all. We got ready to switch agents and apparently he took this personally. I would DEFINITELY not recommend him or Patrick Blevins because apparently they know each other real well in Ryan's words and you wont get communication and it's them against you. This is not a reflection on state farm themselves because the state farm company is good. Ryan Ostrander and Patrick Blevins are a very poor representation of their values
Ryan is very sweet and helpful and saved me lots of money.
