Dr. Ortizo is an outstanding doctor. He is both knowledgeable and proficient. He is very thorough and listens to the patient before making diagnosis. I highly recommend Dr. Ortizo.
One of the better doctor . Caring... knowledgeable.. if needed will give referrals and order test. Takes time with pt. Not rushed. Sadly for his pt he is leaving Optum.
