Dr. Norton is a fantastic doctor. When I first came to him with an unknown illness, he worked around the clock to figure out what was going on with me - so much so that he would call me after hours with daily updates on his findings. His resilience, hard work and expert knowledge saved my life and got me the treatment I desperately needed. One of the most compassionate and understanding docs- and I have seen many in my life. First doc not to write off my health issues as in my head or me being lazy or treating me differently for being non neurotypical and ADHD or blaming my brain for physical issues. I went to see Dr Norton following a three car accident and have never felt so dismissed in my life. He disregarded my concerns and did not listen to my information. He had a preconceived notion of treating me before I walked in the room. Dr Norton had no empathy or compassion nor did he give any attention to my conditions, past or present.
