Got there when salon was empty, I was told to wait. After 15mn 2 ladies walked in. The manicurist asked me what I wanted I told her a simple manicure no gel or anything, then asked the 2 ladies and they wanted gel and other elaborated things so they put them before me which I thought was rude, I’m still paying for a service. Rebecca never fails to deliver a fabulous manicure! I have been visiting Ryan Nail & Spa consistently the past few months for SNS service, and I can truly see a difference in my nails. 10/10!

This was the most horrible experience I have ever experienced. I had to finish scrubbing my own feet and she was very rough. So I asked for a discount so they gave me a discount and I said ok and the owner ending up yelling at me and I was explaining why I needed a discount and the lady that did my nails said that is fine. But the other lady said no no discount and I told her if I have to do my own feet I should get a discount. Due to the language barrier they didn’t understand as I didn’t understand them. Decided to come back and give them another shot after Rebecca reached out to me. Got a spa pedicure and a massage. Pedicure was amazing and the massage was even better. However, I do think a couple more staff members would make a difference. Thank you Rebecca for following up.. (FYI) this was about 1-2 months ago)
