When I contacted the office I was in a lot of pain. My daughter recommended this doctor so I was very hopeful that he was going to help. The problem was that I wasn’t able to get appointment for 4-5 weeks later. By that time I was feeling a little better. But I’m glad I kept the appointment because Dr. Moore was amazing and the problem was a little bigger then I thought.
Excellent, caring doctor who talks to you and not at you.
Dr Moore and staff are all great. Dr Moore is one of the most down to earth physicians I have encountered and I have encountered many. His bedside manner is like you are talking to a friend. He is caring and he LISTENS. This is so important in this day. The staff is very efficient and pleasant. They answer emails and phone calls quickly no matter how many times you contact them. Thank you for all your help during such a very stressful time.
I have nothing but rave reviews for Dr. Moore and his staff. Dr. Moore is very forthcoming in discussing your individual situation. He answers questions in terms you can understand and is very compassionate. His staff is amazing - always helpful, kind and eager to please. The office is extremely efficient and does not keep you waiting. All of my appointments were handled with care and compassion. I highly recommend Dr. Moore.
Unfortunately did not even get to see this Doctor due to rude and dismissive front desk staff. Absolutely horrible experience.
