I was just trying to schedule an appointment over the phone, but the experience was frustrating. The attendant attempted to change my appointment to Dr. Charak, even though I specifically asked to see Dr. Moore. When I reiterated my preference, she said we’d need to stay on the phone for 30 minutes to complete the intake process. We researched every colon surgeon in the tri-state area and asked around our circle of friends/doctors we know, and everything pointed to Dr. Moore. Very thankful we moved forward with him and his team. Dr. Moore removed a cancerous tumor in the colon, but was also very thorough and removed a ton of nodules he saw while performing the surgery (that we later found all tested positive for cancer). Now going through chemo, but Dr. Moore really put us on the right path to recovery.

My husband went to DR. Moore's office couple times due to his problem. Dr. Ryan is nice but the nurse practitioner and staffs are so rude. One of nurse asked my husband if he requires an interpreter. I don't think she knows his nationality and I strongly doubt that they have an interpreter who speaks Korean. This is the treatment he got from this office because he had a little accent.
