Years ago I had a good experience with this practice but since COVID I feel the nation is relying on 3rd string doctors. I came back to this practice to address a case of kidney stones. The doctor treaded me like I was very routine, showed little interest and handed me off to his PA. Have had stones removed and the PA, although friendly, does appear to have the knowledge required to lead a case. Dr M was nice enough on the surface, but didn't actually listen to what I was telling him about myself, my history and went forward with prescribing medicine that I told him I reacted negatively to on at least 2 previous occasions. I was then turned over to his nurse practitioner bc the date of my appointment was apparently more important than working around his vacation plans - extended follow up appt also landed on a vacation for him placing me again with his NP.
