Ryan mansi presents himself as a awesome professional ,he very nice and is very thorough and makes sure I understand everything.
I was treated like an imposition, I feel that I was judged harshly instantly and that Mr Mansi thought I was being dramatic. He was unable to assist me in communicating my seizure experience and reported to administrators that I had broken the mutual care agreement despite his attitude towards me wholly dismissive. In the midst of seizure aura communication is very difficult and he was unable to help me at all then furthered my anxiety by ensuring I would get another phone call wherein I was not heard and not helped.
Ryan was very thoughtful, respectful, and listened to and answered every single possible question I had! 10/10!
