1st time to Ft. Morgan and working with Reed Real Estate - great vacation-great people. The home was in a fantastic location, the beaches uncrowded and clean! AND our Bear was welcome! We loved it so much that we have booked again!

Absolutely love this Real Estate place they are very nice. If you need anything they will do there best. The Rental places are always clean and well maintained. This is our second time to come for vacation. We got to stay in the same beach house as last year.
