My first visit was for a second opinion on my hip. Dr. Palmer told me that the previous doctor had not done my surgery correctly. He told me that the Ohio State doctor had I interviewed with his practice and that they had passed on him. He was happy they did so seeing his work on me. I thought this was very unprofessional. Dr Palmer is a phenomenal surgeon. His bedside manner is amazing. He is so personable and thorough and puts you at ease. I’ve unfortunately dealt with a lot of orthopedic surgeons and none of them compare to Dr Palmer. He not only has a great personality, he is very skilled at what he does. I’m a week out from my total hip replacement with him and couldn’t be happier with the way things are going. The whole team is super helpful and kind. Seen Dr. Palmer today for 1st time for bilateral hip pain. He was professional, compassionate, and thorough. I received excellent care and would recommend him!
Dr. Palmer and his PA Matt Latturel are both super friendly and competent. The reason for the four-star review is based on a couple of other issues I had with the office. Following the homecare PT sessions, I was scheduled for PT at the Dublin office. I got a confirmation the day before my first appt. My husband travels for work so I took an Uber to the office for my first PT appt. I arrived and was told that I did not have an appt scheduled. They looked and no record of an appt. I had hip replacement May 12th 2022,been in pain since day one. Was suppose to have a CTScan to see what is going on,but can't get anyone to answer the phone,just get voice mail I leave a message,they say they will call back,but they don't. I call them the next day and leave a message telling them how frustrating I am.They finally call back and say they will get it scheduled,but they don't.
