Last 2 times I saw Dr.Kenny. He was kinda sarcastic with his answers to my questions. Then he stated We are going to keep moving while I answer these questions, which I agree. When he was finished with injection he got up and was still answering my questions as we exited the room I felt rushed out . Maybe they were dumb questions but I think for what his position is he should be answering with gratitude for even going to him. I will take my hands somewhere else. I didnt like the last 2 visits
I went to see Dr. Kenny a couple of years ago about the possibility of correcting a problem with my left hand that affected my guitar playing. I explained exactly what I found the trouble to be. All he did was argue with me, repeating over and over that he didn't play guitar. I didn't ask him if he did. I asked him to repair a curvature of a finger. All he did was give me a referral to PT. That didn't do anything.
I often times accompany my mom to her appointments. She is Korean and English is her second language. Dr Kenney does a great job of speaking directly to my mother. My mom understands English and speaks English but her thick accent makes people think otherwise. Drs and nurses often times speak to me in the room instead of my mother as if she is not sitting in the room right there listening. It’s insulting, she can speak for herself. Very professional office and Dr Kenny was patient and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable with what was happening with my injury and treatment. I highly recommend him!
