8/13/2025 I started calling the week of July 13, 2025 to check on a referral that was sent to this office from my PA Kristen Cooper, Goldsboro and found out referrals now go through a process and not sent directly to the office. So, I kept calling to check with no success. Once I called this office around 4:30pm and was told by the receptionist that she would check and was kept on hold until closing at 5pm.
