I've never had a hospital not follow-up with things. Just crazy. They refer you to a different Doctor for something. Can you wait and you wait and you wait? And finally you call. Oh, we're sorry. Nobody reached out to you happen morn. Once and if you're here, trying to get a medication, that needs a preauthorization from your insurance company. Coming from Chicago this is absolutely better. All of the staff and Dr's are really polite and the service provided is fantastic. Plenty of parking and ease of finding where you need to go. Chicago hospitals should come and see how it's supposed to be done.
My daughter was taken here for a suicide attempt... Against my will. I already knew this ER was useless. They refused to allow my husband in the room and they made him leave. I personally believe it was racial because the staff refused to treat him with any human decency or answer any of his questions. Secondly, after giving my daughter stitches, they didn't even clean her wounds and the nurse on suicide watch slept most the night or just staired at me.
